We value your satisfaction. While ALL sales are final and No returns, we offer refund/exchanges in some cases. Please check out our policy below:
Refund/ Exchange Eligibility
You MUST contact us within 24hrs of receiving item/order
The refund/exchanges can only be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect Item Sent: If sent the wrong item (incorrect size or color compared to your order). This does NOT include items that are a shade off of the online color-We make that be known that due to lightning the item could show a bit different in person. DOES include...for example: If you ordered red and you receive white.
- Order Error: Your order contains a design that is different from what you ordered, and our description mentioned. (Please be sure to read the descriptions) For example: if your order in light colors (light pink, baby blue, or white) this design will be in black rather than white. If the description states it then it's not an error on our end.Â
You MUST contact us within 24hrs of receiving item/order. We will NOT accept any requests afterward 24hrs of delivery.Â
Refund/Exchange Process
1.You will have to contact us with the following details for BossLife:
- Order receipt#/proof of purchase
- A detailed description of the problem/issue
- Provide a Clear Picture of the received item in a lighten area
2. We verify. (Eligibility, order # and pictures received)
3. At no additional cost we will either refund you (your full payment back) OR send you the correct item. We do not want any item returned. We hold ourselves accountable for mistakes and operate in integrity, so you keep the first item AND receive the corrected item.
If you do not want the 1st item, feel free to donate it. It's a blessing to be a blessing!
Custom-Designed Items
Custom- designed items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom designs require an initial email followed by a phone call depending on the details and request.
- We collaborate often during the design phase.Â
- receive a detailed mockup to your email for approval. (The final product will be exactly like this.) You have 48hrs. to respond for changes or approval.
- NO changes can be made once the design is approved, and production has begun.
Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered by the carrier and returned to our warehouse for whatever reason, we will reach out to you via email for an updated address. There is no refund for a situation as such. ALL sales are final. However, we will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone.
Note*Once items ship and tracking numbers are attached to your order, please contact USPS for further questions/updates. We are not liable for lost/ stolen packages out of our hands
Cancellation and Changes Policy
Please submit a request by contacting us via email. Kindly note that a change in any size, hoodie design, or color etc. must take place within 2hrs of placing your order.Â

Is deemed libelous, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit
Is inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity or another intrinsic characteristic
Is unrelated to the product
Contains confidential or private informationÂ
